To receive a full refund, cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled lesson time. This allows us sufficient time to manage our schedule and offer the time to other students.
If a cancellation occurs within 24 hours of the event, the fee is non-refundable as we have reserved the time and resources for the lesson.
Private Lesson Packages:
Refunds are available for the unused portion of the lesson packages. However, lessons that have been taken will be charged at the full individual lesson price, not the discounted package rate.
The remaining balance for the unused portion will be refunded in a timely manner.
Group Class and Social Dance Parties:
These are drop-in pay-as-you-go events. If you did purchase a class or party in advance, your ticket may be applied to the next class or party.
Competitions, Cruises, and other out of the studio events:
Refunds for these events are subject to the refund policy for the event.
Expiration of Dance Packages:
Private lesson and Group Class packages do not expire.
General Terms:
Our private lessons, group classes, and lesson packages can be transferred to another individual or couple.
Unused tickets for group classes and dance parties are refundable.
At the discretion of Applause Dance Factory management, exceptions may be made in extraordinary circumstances, such as medical reasons with a doctor’s note.
